The basic juggling (3 balls)
If you already can juggle the basic way with three balls, you may skip this step =)
- The first thing you may want to do, is to throw two balls up and down with one hand (as shown on the picture). Do this with both hands until you get it right, and please, don't give up if you don't get it at first, just keep trying.
- When you get that, you are ready to start juggling the real way.
- Put two balls in one hand (the hand you are most comfortable of starting with), and one ball in the other.
- Throw one of the balls from the hand with two balls in, to the other hand. Just before the ball hits the other hand, throw the ball in that hand, and keep doing that from hand to hand.
- I recommend you to throw the balls on the inside of eachother, because it's 10 times easier.
- Congratulations, now you can juggle =)
Tricks
Now that you can juggle the basic way, you are ready to learn some tricks
- The first trick I will teach you is simply to throw the balls on the outside of eachother, it may be a little hard in the beginning, but it looks cool =D
- The second trick I will learn you is to throw the ball under your leg. You start with juggling as normal, then when you feel ready, you catch a ball in the hand on the side of the leg you want to throw under, and take your hand under (it's OK to lift your leg), and throw the ball to the other hand. Catch one ball when you have your hand under your leg, take your hand back, and keep juggling as normal.
- The next trick I want to teach you is behind the back. The trick is done in the same way as the under the leg trick, but it's much harder. Instead of throwing the ball in the normal direction, you have to throw it backwards, because your hand is behind the back.... The easiest way to learn this trick is to watch some videos on YouTube and WonderHowTo. The trick is pretty cool to watch, so I recommend that you learn it.
- If you want to learn more tricks, search at google, youtube, or at another article. Good luck =D
